Initial Diagnostic Examination
As part of the initial diagnostic examination, the anamnesis and reason for the visit are discussed with the client, followed by a comprehensive examination, treatment of the issue, and a proposal for subsequent therapy.
The initial diagnostic examination is a prerequisite for carrying out individual therapy.
Individual Therapy
Takes place according to the client’s goals and needs.
The course of therapy is jointly set during the initial assessment. Each session is then tailored to the client’s individual and current needs and requirements so that the therapy is as effective as possible.
Consultation
In-person or online consultation using available technologies. Advice and answers to all questions are provided to the extent possible.
The consultation does not include client treatment and is for informational purposes only.
Are You Troubled By ... ?
Specific issues treated:
- Acute and chronic headaches
- Tinnitus – ringing in the ears
- Cervicobrachial syndromes – tingling in the arms associated with neck pain
- Gastroesophageal reflux – and other forms, heartburn, globus, … (in 60% of adults it can be resolved with physiotherapy)
- Shoulder diagnoses – frozen shoulder, rotator cuff disorders and others
- Rib or spinal blockages
- Back pain at any level
- Conservative treatment of disc herniation
- Hip diagnoses
- Knee diagnoses – runner’s/jumper’s knee, patellofemoral syndrome
- Ankle diagnoses – sprains, twists, …
- Flat feet in children over 6 years of age (before that age, flat feet cannot be reliably diagnosed)
- Prevention of recurrent ankle sprains
Areas in which education and experience are still being gained:
- BPPV – benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (some forms can be effectively treated, others are referred elsewhere)
- Issues related to the temporomandibular joint are not being treated yet; however, several colleagues can be recommended (Mgr. Kracíková, ...)
What I Do Not Offer (but can recommend others):
- Work with children – I do not work with children under 12 years of age; I start working with a child when they are able to cooperate well.
- Pelvic floor issues – painful menstruation, conception difficulties, inflammations

Cancellation policy
By confirming the therapy date, the reservation is considered binding. The therapy can be cancelled by phone or SMS no later than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee in the full amount of the agreed therapy price will be charged.
Payment
Not a VAT payer. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer (using a QR code) at the practice. Card payments are not possible at the practice. No employee benefit programs (Multisport, Endered, Benefit, etc.) can be applied to the therapy.
Insurance companies
There is no cooperation with health insurance companies and the services are not covered by them.
Session length
The session length is 60 min/90 min, unless otherwise agreed. In addition to the therapy itself, this time also includes the client’s arrival and departure.
